This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and store the information we obtain from or about you when you use the annaboto Hydroponics System (“annaboto”), our website, www.annaboto.com (“Website”), or our mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy is not a contract and does not create any legal rights or obligations. By using annaboto, the Website or the App, you accept the Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Through the Website and the App, we collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as your IP address, device ID, anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit. Personal Information includes information that can be linked to a specific individual, such as a name, address, phone number, payment information, email address, login information for third party sites and other information which you submit to us through the Website or the App.
Information You Provide Us
In order to create an account (“Account”) and use the App, you must first confirm that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. When you create an Account using the App, we will ask you to provide us certain information, including but not limited to, your name, date of birth and email address. When you use the App and Annaboto together, we will collect information about the products you cultivate, climate settings you choose, watering schedules and all other information you input into the App to control the environment of Annaboto.
Information Collected from Your Device
When you use the App, we may collect your mobile device’s unique device identifier (“UDID”).
Our Policies Concerning Persons Under 21
You must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older in order to create an Account on the App or use the Website. We do not knowingly collect or use Personal Information from anyone under twenty-one (21) years of age. If we become aware that anyone under twenty-one (21) years of age has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete that information and the associated Account.
Our Policies Regarding SMS Messaging
The Boundless Robotics mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Boundless Robotics (“Boundless Robotics”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Boundless Robotics’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Boundless Robotics through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Boundless Robotics. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18337172008 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Boundless Robotics mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
Your Interactions with Others
You may interact with others on the Website or the App, and such other third parties (including other users of the App) may also collect, use and disclose information about you. This Privacy Policy does not cover such third parties or any products or services they may offer. Please review any terms of service or privacy policy provided to you by any such third-party or consult with such third-party directly for information regarding how they collect, use and disclose information about you obtained in connection with their products or services.

We may send push notifications to your mobile device to communicate with you about annaBoto, the Website or the App. You can choose to disable such notifications via the settings in the App or on your device at your discretion.

We use Non-Personal Information to help us improve annaBoto, the Website and the App and to customize the user experience. We also may aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns on the Website and the App. This Privacy Policy does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to our partners, advertisers and other third parties at our discretion (including aggregated and/or anonymized information about our users and their use of annaBoto, the Website and the App). We do not use or respond to “do not track” signals that may be sent from your mobile device.
Mergers, Acquisitions and Similar Business Transactions
In the event we undergo a business transaction such as a merger with or acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, or in the event of our bankruptcy or insolvency, your Personal Information, as well as Non-Personal Information, may be among the assets transferred to a third party. You acknowledge and consent that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy, and that any acquirer of our assets may continue to process your Personal Information as set forth in the then in effect Privacy Policy.

Boundless cooperates with government and law enforcement officials to enforce and comply with the law. We may store information you provide us, or information that is generated or collected automatically, for as long as is necessary to provide the Website and the App.

Boundless and our service providers implement security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure or accidental loss or destruction of Non-Personal Information and Personal Information. We utilize appropriate physical, technical and managerial safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from or about our users. Boundless’ physical infrastructure is hosted and managed within Amazon Web Services Security.
CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When we do update this Privacy Policy, we will also revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of the Privacy Policy. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy that, in our discretion, we consider significant, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on the Website and the App and we may also send e-mails to our users who have created an Account containing a link to the revised Privacy Policy. Please review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting the Personal Information we collect.
