Other than content you own, which you may have opted to include on this Website/App, under these Terms, Boundless Robotics and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this Website/App, and all such rights are reserved. You are granted a limited license only, subject to the restrictions provided in these Terms, for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website/App.

3. Restrictions

You are expressly and emphatically restricted from all of the following:

1. publishing any Website/App material in any media;

2. selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website/App material;

3. publicly performing and/or showing any Website/App material;

4. using this Website/App in any way that is, or may be, damaging to this Website/App;

5. using this Website/App in any way that impacts user access to this Website;

6. using this Website/App contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in a way that causes, or may cause, harm to the Website/App, or to any person or business entity;

7. engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Website/App, or while using this Website/App;

Certain areas of this Website/App are restricted from access by you and Boundless Robotics may further restrict access by you to any areas of this Website/App, at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for this Website/App are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality of such information.

4. Your Content

In these Website/App Standard Terms And Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean any audio, video, text, images or other material you choose to display on this Website. With respect to Your Content, by displaying it, you grant Boundless Robotics a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.

Your Content must be your own and must not be infringing on any third party’s rights. Boundless Robotics reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website/App at any time, and for any reason, without notice.

5. Customer Data Collected from App/Devices

Customer authorizes Boundless Robotics to utilize the data collected by the products made by Boundless Robotics solely for the purpose of improving the performance of said products. This data may contain images and time series data generated by the products sold by Boundless Robotics.

Boundless Robotics agrees to utilize the data uploaded by products made by Boundless Robotics for the purpose of improving performance and user experience.

Unless otherwise requested by Customer, Boundless Robotics agrees that it will only store the uploaded data during the term of the Customer’s use of the system and up to 5 years thereafter. Boundless Robotics further agrees that the devices data records are of a confidential nature. Upon termination of Customer’s use of products, Boundless Robotics reserves the right to delete any of Customer’s data uploaded to Boundless Robotics’ Servers by the Customer and/or device during the term of use.

Customer represents and warrants to Boundless Robotics that it has all rights necessary to upload the data to Boundless Robotics’ Servers and that the use of such data records by Boundless Robotics as authorized by Customer hereunder will not in any way constitute a breach or violation of Customer’s privacy policy or any other agreement to which Client is a party or has knowledge.

Customer shall at no time shall provide information that may be deemed sensitive including, but not limited to, social security numbers, driver's license or other identification numbers, financial account numbers, and medical information. Boundless Robotics reserves the right to immediately, and without prior notice to Customer, delete any information uploaded by Customer that Boundless Robotics deems, in its sole discretion, to constitute sensitive information.

6. No warranties

This Website/App is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Boundless Robotics makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website/App or the materials contained on this Website/App. Additionally, nothing contained on this Website/App shall be construed as providing consult or advice to you.

7. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Boundless Robotics, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your Boundless Robotics, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

8. Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Boundless Robotics from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
